POLICIES
Payments: Tuition is calculated on 12 equal monthly payments. Tuition is due by the 1st lesson of the month. Your payment reserves your child's spot for the month. Students who take a class during a month are required to pay the full months tuition. NO PRORATING FOR MISSED CLASSES. NO REFUNDS or credits of tuition fees paid. PLEASE REGISTER CAREFULLY..
Registration Fee: An annual registration fee of $36.00 for the first child and $18.00 for each additional child is required. Each newly registered student receives a free Emerald City Gymnastics T-Shirt.
Late Fee: A $5.00 late charge will be added to your account if payment is not received by the the second lesson of the month.
Cancellation: Your child will be automatically enrolled from month to month. A 2 week written notice, before a new month begins is required to withdraw from a class. Charges accrue if notice is not given.
Make Ups: With advance notice that your child will be absent, one make up class is allowed per month. Make-ups must be done within the month of the missed class or forfeited. Student must be currently enrolled to do a make up. Please schedule your make-ups carefully, they may not be changed once scheduled.
Observation: Parents are welcome to observe classes, but must remain in the viewing area. We ask that parent's do not "coach" their children from the viewing area. Children not in a class must be supervised at all times. Students only allowed in the training area.
Client Information: Please notify the front desk with any changes to your name, address, phone numbers and emergency contacts.
Attire: Students must wear clothes that are non-restrictive and free of buttons and zippers. Long hair must be pulled back off the face. Bare feet are preferred for easy traction. Emerald City Gymnastics Academy has a good selection of gymnastics clothing for sale in our Pro Shop.
Closures: Emerald City Gymnastics follows the Lake Washington School District for all closures due to weather. Emerald city is also closed for the following holidays:

Emerald City will also be closed for two weeks a year for maintenance. One week will coincide with Winter Break, the other will be the last week of August. Closures will always be posted in advance.
General Safety Rules:

No one is allowed on any equipment without supervision. |

Students must arrive on time. |

No horseplay or running in the training or viewing area. |

No gum, food or drinks allowed in the training area. |

No jewelry of any kind is to be worn while participating. |
